Great customer service!
Was halfway through a 2800 mile road trip and bought the wrong wheel bearing, still in box w reciept, ($300) at another napa the day before. This one had the part I needed, but would not exchange my wrong part for their correct part ($400). They said since this napa was independently owned, they had the discretion to do that. Furthermore, they wouldn't let me perform the work in their back parking lot. Very knowledgeable staff. It's a smaller outlet store, but they can get everything overnight anyway.
