8/22/25 visit. The young man tested my battery he said it was weak and didn’t really need to replace it. I called my son he asked what the amps were. My son said mom you won’t be happy if you don’t replace it. So the young man installed the new battery in my suv. I appreciate the young man not trying to push for me to purchase a new battery. Tried to sell me an old battery, told him I needed a split payment and he ran the full amount on one card anyway. Had to make him cancel and refund it immediately or I would have been hit with a fee for going over limit to which he claimed he didn't cause. I told him the amount to run on that card and he ignored me and just claimed he couldn't do that. Their systems do split payments he just didn't know how. Very rude about the whole thing. The customer service was fabulous! The young man who installed my battery was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend
Horrible service can’t believe the part is not what I wanted and when I try to return it he wouldn’t let me.. and he was being very rude… very disappointed ☹️ I will be going to talk to the store manger and if he doesn’t help either I will be writing another comment and I will blow this up.. never In my entire life have this done from any part store.
This place was awful. I walked in. A guy was sweeping and stopped. 2 guys at the counter. No one said anything to me. Horrible customer service. I called my best friend and she found advance auto up the street so I'm gonna definitely go there and promote that business from now on. Horrible customer is the reason so many people buy offline and I see that now. Maybe don't come to work if you don't wanna work and at least offer to help customers. Napa is a complete hell no never again for me!!!
