Phenomenal service! I can tell the gentleman was slightly annoyed at my lack of knowledge towards my windshield wiper assembly; however I was offered to be shown how to install them, and remove the secondary part (that I wasn’t aware needed to be removed). Felt like a dunce when the “secret” was revealed lol. I don’t have anyone to teach me these things so his patience was and is greatly appreciated! Apologies as I didn’t catch his name, but I will certainly keep returning to this location for any of my automotive needs!
Make sure they order you the right part. They ordered me the wrong part I drove 25 mins to pick it up and 25 back home. To realize it’s not even for the right vehicle. Then drove 25 mins back to drop it off and 25 mins home. And then charged me $45 restocking fee.l for their own screw up. Pure incompetence.
