I went in for a few Hydraulic hoses and on odd part for an old tractor. With patience and knowledge they made the hoses and found a part that would work for the tractor. I'm not a regular but they took the time and effort to help me out. When I need parts again in the area I'll certainly make them my first stop. Thanks again!
Napa has an unfair unjust return policy. I'll never spend another penny here. With all the competitors doing every thing they can napa is on the way oit
Don't go to AutoZone or advanced. Napa will beat their price and knowledge.
Very nice people, great customer service. My car broke down during a snow storm in Afton NY. They were the only auto parts store in the area that would deliver the part we needed the same day! And at no extra charge. We are blessed to have found them! Thank you!
