Needed a new battery. I was disheartened to hear that they are no longer able to assist with removals or installations due to liability. I was stuck and had forgotten that I took my toolbox out of my car. I was trying to make due with the couple of tools I had on hand, with only limited success. Then Scott appeared out of nowhere and helped me. Thank you good sir. Battery pricing was fair.
If I could give a story zero Stars I would. When you walk in the door you get hit in the face by nicotine! It's nothing but an ashtray. They don't have any parts unless they order them and the place looks nasty! I do a lot of dealing with Napa Auto parts all over the country! This has got to be the worst that I've ever been in! If Napa Auto parts corporation is going to have a store in Bryson City North Carolina they need shut this one down start all over!
