Outstanding customer service. Purchased an alternator and coolant sensor. I had issues, and the interactions I had with staff went easy and smooth. Thank you!
Do not recommend this location, staff was unwilling to help with a cut off time of less than 8 mins for sourcing a part. I guess it’s a Friday and the staff didn’t want to help. Customer service must not be a priority for this location. Will never shop at Napa again and will let everyone I know to do the same.
