Billy, Chris, and Lora were a great help! We were just passing through illinois and we needed a new alternator pulled in to napa and was able to change it right there in the parking lot it was extremely hot so they kept bring us water and gave us access to water for our dogs! If it wasn't for the friendliness and generous help from these people we would of been screwed!

The napa in greenup Illinois is a great place to get that odd part to keep your car on the road. The staff are extremely friendly and eager to help. Especially Billy. He will go the extra mile to ensure you have the correct pieces for your project. If the computer isn't showing a part then Billy isn't afraid to pull out the old catalogues and books to find the part you're after. I have even had him cross reference a part no longer being produced and find me a working alternate.
