I rented a trailer from a nearby rental place but my Bronco spare didn't allow the ball and hitch to connect. I bought a new tow hitch from Napa Auto in Cashiers and it was no small feat getting the ball off the old one and onto the new one. The good people at Napa provided kind assistance to me and it wasn't lost on me. Thank you!
I needed a battery replaced, and unfortunately, my battery is not in the engine compartment, so they couldn't install it themselves, but they lent me the tools and were there to answer any questions I had (it was pretty easy with their tools and a 1 minute youtube video). Great service! (always!)
I've worked with Tim and NAPA for years as office manager in an area repair shop. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.
Just plain disrespectful and ignorant staff. Was just trying to get an oil change and the worker got extremely defensive when I was trying to tell them my car type. Didn’t try to help, just said that my car didn’t exist, got mad when I tried to show him my car model on google when it proved him wrong.
