I am so so happy with this store! Especially Robert. Came in with a battery problem. He installed a new one. However, the car would start and immediately die. Continually. Over and over. He never had that happen. I was there for a very long time. Felt like crying. Oh, I am a 73 year old woman. He kept on trying different things. Researching online. I felt bad for him and myself. My car gave a sudden warning on my way to Fredericksburg, I called Napa and told them the issue. When I arrived at the location, the product was at the register waiting for me. Robert then helped me get patched up and on the road in no time. Thanks to Robert and the team for top notch service!
