They sold me a battery that was faulty from factory my truck was acting funny after putting it on and when I wanted to return or even just trade it they say they can’t help me
Open till 1 pm on Saturday?? Nop if you get there at 11am on a Saturday they are always closed happened to me 3 times already
It is NAPA, if they don't have it, they can order it in, if they don't carry it, it was the wrong store for you. Most people going into NAPA know what, and what not, to expect. Staff was friendly and helpful, greeted as I walked in, so kudos to them! Now a days it seems friendly and helpful people is not always the norm, so I like to point it out when I see it.
