I have been so happy with the service provided by NAPA. Recently this young man, Josh, went above and beyond to replace my 2 year old battery in the cold wind without charge. It was not an easy task as it was in a VW Beetle that barely had enough space for the battery let alone his hands! He was polite, professional and cheerful throughout and I really appreciate his exceptional service. Thank you!
Terrible customer service and not helpful at all found better service down the street
Had brake line go out on a Friday afternoon and these fellas hooked me up! They had the part AND called a local mechanic to get me in the same day. Well done guys! You just don't get service like this anymore.
