The guy I worked with was very helpful, sadly they don't share the same database of customers with Savanna and MTC. But they helped me find the right exhaust bolts for my truck after a shop failed to put proper nuts and Bolts on
I came in looking for an inner tie rod removal tool and asked the front desk if they had one. The employee working didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, which would have been fine, but the way he handled it came off disrespectful and dismissive, like I was the one who didn’t know what I needed. He instead recommended using a bootlegged way to remove the tie rod that would of risk damaging the inner tie rod.
