During a snowstorm, we visited your store with the intent to purchase snow chains for our vehicle to ensure safe travel in hazardous road conditions. On a Sunday, when my car won’t move, this was the only shop open and can help. They refuses to give any kind of help due to liability issue. The guy told me what if they give me any kind of help and then my car have an accident, they can be liable for it. I offered to write down or provide any kind of liability release, but they simply refused. Common buddy.
John was a life saver in helping fix my truck while we were on vacation in Mammoth. He was extremely helpful and I couldn’t have trucked on without him and his support! Truly appreciate him and his willingness to help.
