UPDATE: Spoke with the customer service for further investigation and was told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours and guess what 2 months or so later still no contact from them. I advise you you value your vehicle and money do not take your vehicle to this company nor buy your parts from them. They do not take accountability nor try to make it right!! This company is a joke! Took my 2012 Cadillac CTS to have CV axil replaced and brakes done. Prior to me dropping my vehicle off I had no issues or leaks from my power steering pump, lines, or reservoir. Work completed. I drive 9 miles down the road and power steering fluid leaking/spraying everywhere. Call the shop to inform them of the issues. Tell them to have it towed and repaired due to my vehicle was running perfectly fine prior to CV axil replacement. They do not take accountability for the mistake they made and do not want to make it right. ... read more
