We were traveling from Wisconsin today, 8/9/25 to a funeral in Kasson, MN. About 1/2 hour into MN the passenger side windshield wiper broke off, as it was pouring rain. We found St Charles Napa and pulled in for help. Jordan was working and afforded us the utmost in customer service. He installed new wiper blades for us in just a few minutes, all with the a superb amount of courtesy and friendliness. We appreciate his willingness to help and the great care he took in doing so. We would highly rate Jordan at St Charles Napa.
