Good store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Knowledgeable staff.Got my part no problem. They have a big selection of stuff as well. Really cool store.
Called and ordered part this morning, told it was in stock, was brought ot front desk for pick up, told store was open until 4, arrived around 3 to pick up...store was closed. Now that's customer service, safe to say I'll be getting the part elsewhere now. If you tell a customer a closing time and he has told you it will be picked up by that time. Do not close the store early or call and let the person know...now I will be waiting a extra day to get part I need and it won't be from napa.
