Good customer service
If you want a warranty don't lose your receipt. This place doesn't keep track of any of your purchases digitally like their competitors. I have lifetime warranties on my rotors and pads and they won't honor it. Never buying parts here again. Edit: I called per the reply below and they provided no additional help. Their ancient system doesn't even save online orders information so if you don't keep a piece of paper for your lifetime warranty. Good luck.
This store has lost my family’s business forever. The employee Melissa was extremely rude and cussed at my husband. She could not hide her racism, and the manager was of no assistance with her unmerited behavior. Make sure you keep your receipt if you might need to return a part.
