The most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered at a parts store! The one guy in particular should not be in costumer service at all!! Won’t spend any more of my money at this location!

Price is good, left low review because after ordering online you can not edit who picks it up. Called the store and the person said nop only the person that purchased it can pick it up. Wtf, even with my order number really? Or screenshot of order confirmation. They need to change their online order format. Called customer service said need to call store.. Will be last time I order from Napa
