Terrible customer relationships. My husband ordered parts so I could pick them up since I was in town. 1st I was told not to order online as it was too hard for them and they got nothing out of it. This is something I have done at every other parts store in town including the old NAPA Then when the other saleswomen came to sort it out she refused to give me the parts because I was not the person who ordered it.
