Every time I call this guy I think his name is Walter, he just keeps humming and hawing “hmm yeah” “hmmm okay” and then he always tells me that the parts too expensive or too hard to find. I’m a licensed mechanic I do this every single day and I know that he can get the parts but chooses not to. Every other Napa/APC or any parts store can get the parts or they tell me when they can get it. They don’t hum and haw and tell me to have a good day.
