Worst experience ever. People are lazy, and whoever the young girls are working, the counter needs training. My starter has a warranty, but I can't even get a new one because the girl said I need to go to the website (NAPA) and have them send me the part. The website said I need a certified mechanic show a diagnosis. Where in the warranty does it say that? I'll NEVER go here again. Worst ever.
