Absolute crap customer service! Would NOT recommend doing business with them! Better off going to Carquest or bumper-to-bumper.
I work in Satanta and it's convenient having a tire shop in town especially since disaster can strike at any given moment. They seem knowledgeable and have a wide variety of auto parts for sale. However, the staff is very inhospitable and unfriendly. And I question the quality of work done at their tire shop. I've gone in to buy parts and have been kept waiting as they casually talk amongst themselves, only acknowledging me after they've finished their conversation. They were patient and friendly. I appreciated both because I truly did not know how to buy what I needed. They knew exactly what had to be done.
