My minivan had issues near Santanta. I sought help at the Napa store, and a skilled mechanic used an advanced scan tool to diagnose the problem. We discovered my transmission was failing, but the motor was fine. The store's scan tool, unlike cheaper models, provided detailed information for a small fee. Highly recommended for their service and diagnostic tools.

Worst Napa I have ever attempted to do business with. I had an issue on a pickup as we were driving through town. Wanted to see if it was something I could fix in parking lot. They said they charge to read codes. First time I have ever had any auto parts store tell me that. Will figure out what is wrong and use someone else to order parts.
Absolute crap customer service! Would NOT recommend doing business with them! Better off going to Carquest or bumper-to-bumper.
