Every time we order parts from the store and go to pick something up, it turns into a project they never received the order. They can’t find the part, someone misplaced it! Time for a new management!

I know he was only doing his job, but he didn't have to help us out as much as he did, but he did, with pleasure. Our situation could have been so much worse.
