Bad customer service. Pulled up to the store at 3:03 (they close at 3), another customer walks out, and the employee locks the door while my dad was standing right infront of it. I know you're closed, but he was right infront of the door. You cant stay open for two more seconds? Ridiculous
Friendly employees. We able to make my custon size hydraulic hose in less than 10 minutes.
Prices are a bit high, but the staff is very knowledgeable. And if they don't know something, they are willing to look it up.
