Very helpful and friendly. Small town care.
I was in dire need of a replacement battery for my vehicle. The folks at NAPA Auto Parts -Richardson's, especially Kain, were awesome! Kain went the extra mile to travel to our camp and install a new battery. I am so grateful. Nate and his entire team at NAPA as well as the hardware store are the very best! Thank you so much!
Needed parts that failed us out on the trail, called during a break and they were in the store next morning for us by 6 AM so we could make repairs and take our next day trip. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff (plus they gave our pups treats while we stopped in). Truly appreciated the help and kindness!
