Called and asked if they had a specific SKF bearing. Apparently they had 9 in stock. I go to pick one up only to find they are selling unbranded, no box, no sealed package on the bearing. After questioning them, the association just said that these are SKF bearings and carrying on about that's what their systems says. They definitely weren't owning up to attempting to sell me generic unbox unsealed bearing, so I left. A proper SKF bearing should have its own box and bearing sealed in a plastic package. Went there today of course I would have no idea what oil filter, oil, headlights, and blinker lights I would need. Messaged the manager Dawn yesterday she said come on in and we will figure it all out. The lady that helped me was pleasant, knowledgable, and the best part smiling!! Overall great experience for a girl who well has zero idea about her own car lol except where the gas goes!!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a bad experience at Carquest and the employees at Napa were able to help me in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner.
The man that was working was an absolute Disgrace to the store I will never even look that way again
