I went to Napa on Notre Dame in Sudbury to get a color match for my vehicle. The color was completely off and when I went back I was told it was my fault , almost like I mixed the paint myself, then to boot I was sent on my way with no solution. So no I have a vehicle with 2 different colors on it.
Tim and the team at this store offered me incredible service and went so far as to help me boost my car! Very kind employees couldn’t recommend this family run business more!!
I went in just to get a colour match and some bondo. My cars white and they sold me grey primer paint after the guy went and looked at my very white car, he then kept trying to force me to buy other things and disregarding what I was saying. I’m not sure if this was because I was a female but I feel very ripped off. I spent over $100 on things I can’t even use and I knew he was selling the incorrect stuff but he kept insisting otherwise and I stupidly decided to trust him.
