The customer service is probably one of the worst I've ever seen. The staff is so rude and perhaps the better word would be ignorant. They claim to custom make paint there, but there's never anybody to do it. They call you to tell you parts are in and you get there after driving over an hour to find out that they were looking at the wrong account and your parts are still not there.
Useless . Sold me a used dirty rad thermostat. Lucky I checked on my way out the door. When I turned around an asked for a different one the owner says, are you sure this is the one I sold you.

I went to Napa on Notre Dame in Sudbury to get a color match for my vehicle. The color was completely off and when I went back I was told it was my fault , almost like I mixed the paint myself, then to boot I was sent on my way with no solution. So no I have a vehicle with 2 different colors on it.
Tim and the team at this store offered me incredible service and went so far as to help me boost my car! Very kind employees couldn’t recommend this family run business more!!
