Helpful and friendly.
Great people. Amazing service! We had a battery issue with my diesel while on holidays, camping in the area. Tried to boost it, to no avail. AMA was going to be several hours so while I waited, I called the Recelstoke store to check stock. I explained my situation and instead of making me get a boost from a tow truck, they came right to my campsite with batteries. (I needed 2 for my superduty). This completely took almost the stress out of the situation. Turned a bum day into great day. I'm very pleased!
Great Service ! We were about to embark through the Rockies and Napa was closing . The lady working stayed with us for about 15-20 mins after closing time and helped us get the right parts so we could get ourselves on the road . Very happy with this establishment 🫡
Best place in town to get car parts. I've helped a few friends work on their cars in town and any time I need something Laura and the team have gone above and beyond to help get parts and as quickly as possible.
