Close and convenient, when I need something fast
This is honestly the best place to get parts. They always cross reference the parts I asked for and they get it right. I will continue to use Napa and I am excited for their store remodel. I run a mobile mechanic business called Devil's Hand diesel and so far Napa has not let me down with parts. Also their customer service is by far the best. Even if they are busy they treat you well which is rare. I highly recommend this location.

I'm a napa guy, for a long time. I understand that sometimes there products aren't the best, but I always can count on knowledge and friendly service when I stop in. Both Napa's in Jackson are good, I frequent this one because of convenience. But everyone I speak to always is very helpful getting me what I need. Warranty replacements have always gone smoothly.
