These batteries are junk and this Napa will not stand behind them. Just over a year old. Almost $200! Won’t charge fully and won’t last 10 minutes on what charge it will take. Took it in and they have a Fisher Price volt meter they test them with…..not an actual machine that puts it under a load and checks for a dead cell…no, just a cheap volt meter is what they base their warranty on….so nope they ain’t replacing it because they’re junk device shows 12.14 volts. Harold and Brian are the best! I just bought my first Grasshopper mower and Harold was very fair with my trade-in. Brian showed me how to operate it. He took all the time I needed and did not make me feel rushed at all. I live in Siloam Springs, and it is worth the drive for the quality, sales and service you need. I highly recommend Quantie's! You will not be sorry you went there!!
