I always go to Napa Auto parts because they're above and beyond the other chains. Brian answered phone about 45 minutes before they were closing and he waited for me with a new battery and tool set in a shopping cart all ready to go. It took me a few minutes longer than closing time before I got done and he didn't mind at all. He apologized he couldn't come out and help because he was the only person in the store. Great service. Gave me the best price possible

I went to Napa last week to buy wiper blades for my car, and although I asked, I got the wrong ones. I went back by yesterday and Brian not only made it right, but walked out to help me put them ok correctly. He was very helpful! Thanks Brian!
Every auto parts store around will install a new battery when purchased, even my home store in Houston TX does. We purchased a new battery while out of town and the day we picked it up they said they couldn't do it because only 1 person was working, okay it was a Sunday. We returned on Monday assuming they would have more workers, which they did there were 3 in the store, but today the refusal was because we don't do that.
