I was surprised to find that, after buying a battery, they would install it at no extra charge, and Iwas provided a rebate form without asking. I was not greeted when I came in, and I stood in front of the register with an older gentleman behind the counter who was messing with receipts. He only looked up when he, presumably, finished. Otherwise, this would be a five-star review.

I would give 5 stars of excellence for the wonderful job Rob does there with his customers BUT.. The older gentleman working there does NOT need to be there. He can't work efficiently and can be rude. He had customers backed up in the store and that's not the first time. He also tried to hold a part from me knowing it was my order. "If I need it come back" um no, my Mechanic is scheduled for TODAY so I needed both parts. If one is t right or needed it'll be returned in its original condition.
