Unhelpful, rude and the lady there just had an ugly personality.
Great customer service and always like to support locally. My only complaint is the car vacuum. It doesn't suck, at all. Total waste of money, won't do anything. It used to be the best one for miles. So not sure what's going on but don't waste your money on it.
