Love this Napa. Staff are extremely kind and helpful, best parts store around.
"Incredible service! As a mechanic, I have high standards for parts stores, and NAPA Pineridge Auto in Bowmanville blew them away. When our Silverado developed transmission overheating issues during a family road trip, this team went completely above and beyond. They ordered our parts immediately, showed unmatched hospitality, and saved our entire vacation from being canceled. Instead of a tow truck home, we got back on the road. Excellent customer service and genuine people. Highly recommended! ps my son says thank you!
Walked in said hello, no reply. Asked for help with finding snap rings for balljoint, they said they didn’t have any. They offered to measure mine, I said sure. Then bald guy says “say pls” as if I’m a child. If you’re already stressed working on a car avoid this place at all costs.
