Joe was really harsh, but he's a senior citizen, and had probably seen things, so I'm willing to forgive the absolutely terrible service I received. This doesn't forgive his lack of professionalism, and lack of customer service. Retraining is required.
Went in needing a new battery for my truck. Rod was knowledgeable and helped me out. They had a new one on the shelf (not many places do anymore). Will definitely be back.
