I went to Napa to purchase a battery it 2 teens standing at the front of the door didn’t even greet me or my mom didn’t take my old battery from me the old Napa would never they would’ve greeted me grab my battery instead carrying it myself to back honestly they need work on professionalism, especially when customers are in the store we’re spending our money just like everyone else
My daughter called Napa about a battery,they were helpful and polite but when she went to go pick it up, there where two teens working.They never got the battery out the car, she had carry it herself. We will never shop there again…horrible service
