Competent staff high quality parts
I moved away from Peace River in 1989 however my mother (age 89) still lives there and last weekend I went to visit. I found out her car would not start even though a new battery from Napa Auto was installed about two years ago and no receipt could be found. I called Napa Auto and spoke to Ian. He found the proof of purchase based on the Serial Number on the battery and confirmed it was still on 100% full warranty and took care of everything for me. Great service to both Ian and his brother Ryan. Thank you so much
Great customer service and excellent pricing they saved me over 465 dollars yesterday. The same parts somewhere else was 797 dollars that's crazy and ridiculous so glad Napa was still open.
