Brad, in Park Rapids was an amazing help. When we left Omaha for our annual trip to Canada, we discovered that our boat motor had a tilt and b trim problem. Once we identified the issue, and that the part we needed could be purchased at a Napa store, we headed North up I29. We checked with several Napa stores along the way without success. Finally, we reached out to the store in Park Rapids and Brad had the answer, and had a the product available, but it was a different brand.
