Easy to work with could stock more parts
Much better and faster than O'Reilly's
Decent inventory, prices are significantly higher than competitors, but beware, if you purchase a car with a napa battery installed the warranty is void and they will not honor it if you are not the original purchaser of the battery regardless of how much warranty is remaining. Never had this issue at Walmart, orielly, or autozone. All three competitors will warranty the battery no questions asked.
