Usually don't have the stuff I need. If you need something it usually takes a few days to get, at that point you can drive 15 minutes to a different store that usually has it in stock. Dependent on the employee working is dependent on how you are treated.. I try to still do business with them but they are usually my last option unfortunately.
I just want to give a shout out to Frank at the Smithville, Mo. store. He was very nice to me today when I asked for a battery test, which he performed and told me the battery was weak. I opted to get it replaced and when I went to start the car to move it closer to the store, it wouldn't start. So, I definitely needed the new battery! About 15 minutes or so later Frank had replaced it (in 19 degree weather with the wind chill much lower) and I was on my way. I really appreciate the great customer service!
