I had issues and was refused warranty coverage on a part purchased at another independently owned Napa store and Tom, the owner did what he could to cover the warranty on the part so I could get my vehicle back up and running again. I called and spoke with Tom on the phone before driving there and he was very helpful and professional. Awesome people, courteous & forthright. At 4:30 on a rainy afternoon, my car battery died. They came to where I was stranded, charged the battery to start the car, I followed him to the shop. They found a replacement, installed it & I was on my way again by 5:15. Thank you!!!

Shopping at NAPA in Amery is outstanding. The store is so clean and well laid out, the staff is knowledgeable, and I appreciate their Veteran discount. I'll definitely be back!!

Great people, decent prices. One day i was in there and my toddler wanted a toy, i told him "no", tom took him in the back and gave him a Napa cap, super cool.
