Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect from staff at Napa auto parts. Specifically the owner Darren. As we used to deal with them for many years until recently switching to 1 Stop Auto Parts. They’ve refused us warranty on parts that are supposed life time warranty only because we use a different supplier. We do the best for our customers, and it seems like this business does the exact opposite.
