Went in for an oil filter, a simple oil filter. Gave the information needed to find exactly what was needed at any other auto parts store(thought it’d be nice to shop local). The men at the computer acted like I wasn’t asking for a simple thing and acted arrogant/rude. So we left and won’t be back that’s two house holds and 8 vehicles that won’t be buying from a local shop. Good service. Help to find the part I need
The employee here had a bad attitude and only gave me half answers to my questions. If I'm looking for something here I'm probably already having a bad day and if I can still put a smile on my face and be nice, so can you. Thank you for the condescending answers when I asked you where things were and for suggesting a product to me that required the use of a second product (sold separately) and I didn't find out that I needed that second product until I was 30 miles down the road. I will never come here again.
The old lady that works here is so damn rude. I told her to have a good day, instead of saying you too, she said thank you. She snapped at me because I thought she wasn't going to give me the remainder of my money and she got so hostile and short. I definitely will not be doing service woth this location anymore. I think she has jealousy issues. She's crazy too. She was extremely nice to my fiance. Lighten up old sea hag.
