I brought off my bulbs at NAPA for return, and they never took them back or processed the refund. Every time I followed up, I got excuses instead of a proper solution. 1 employee said you can get refund while selling. Other one was yes you can return those next day and the other one was we have no return policy while the board behind his back says you can return it. Poor customer service — won’t be coming back.
Aaron is a tactful person and accepted my reasonable return in the blink of an eye. They both are nice people-person.
