I came in looking for break pads and calipers for my car, but they didn't have the calipers in stock, so the lovely gentleman called another location to put them on hold for me. He didn't have to be so kind, but I am very grateful for his help!

Absolute WORST Customer Service!!! Called to ask for a simple advice on battery and the person on the phone didn't seem to care nor provide with me with an answer. He said he is not a mechanic and sounded flustered. You sell batteries .... You should know the answer! Avoid this location

After being on hold for 11 minutes to inquire about an oil filter, I endured one of the most unintelligent conversations I've had in a while. I felt as though I was a telemarketer calling someone at dinner time... somehow the employee had less information on the part than I could gather from the welfare NAPA website and almost seemed proud to not be able to help.
