I bought an alternator some time ago. It was kind of a specialized one which needed to be compatible with my special edition vehicle requiring extra voltage or something. The seller of the van had installed an earlier edition one and so stuff didn't work right. The staff at NAPA exercised their talent in handling my problem comunicating the issue; thus being very instrumental in getting me back on the road with power windows in the winter months.
