Ordered a part online, which indicated it should be ready for pick up the next day (Saturday). I’m a reasonable person, and understand that these are not always accurate but it was the one place indicating it might be in stock so I took a risk. The online order process was fine, we called the next day and were told it needed to be ordered and it wasn't in stock, and to cancel the order we needed to log into our account.
