Customer service is non existent in this store, incredibly miserable staff and down right hostile manager. You'll also be subjected to rascist attacks and verbal assault with threats of violence from other customers that seem to be friends with the staff who do nothing to prevent it.

NAPA in Prince Rupert rents the first 12 feet of the property including the parking lot and they are responsible for fixing the large hole at the entrance to the property and when I went there I bottomed out my car and it was leaking after I drove in...

I used to work as a flagger I won't name the company that hired us at the time, but they were getting situated in parking the owner came out and swore at them and getting angry saying they aren't aloud to park in his parking lot, which by the way they weren't going to block the small parking around the building but he came out yelling at them, I will not support a business that can't even handle a small problem with professional courtesy and asking nicely. Talk about bad Public reputation.
