Came by at 7:30 to get an alternator for my 86 Bronco. Madison looked after me and recommended new headlights for my daughter’s car. Turns out I gave her the wrong information for the alternator so I had to bring it back in the afternoon. She happily exchange it for the right one. Amazing friendly service from Madison. Highly recommend Napa and Madison. I will be back.
Very bad customer service. She Doesn’t seem willing to work out and help customer find out the products.
