In the midst of a road trip, our car started leaking oil. Dylan went out of his way to help us get our car fixed so we could get home. Kind people, great service.

Woke up this morning to a dead battery and needing to make a 4 Hour drive to a not so nearby airport. Walked into the Nelson Napa auto parts location and my new hero Doug grabbed his kit, walked across the street with me and got me going in five minutes flat. I don’t plan on needing repairs in Nelson anytime soon, but if I did I go see Doug at Napa. You should too! Thanks Doug
